Hi!  My name is Nina!  Monique is my middle name.  

I am the owner of Nina Monique Salon & Boutique.  I have been a Hairstylist since 2009.  I grew up dreaming of becoming a hairstylist.  I have always been fascinated with the way hair can be changed.  I realized early in my career that I had a passion for hair extensions.  I started to notice it wasn't just hair that I was changing but so much more.  For some of my clients it was helping them change huge parts of their lives!  

When you look good, you feel good which creates confidence!  

Building self confidence helps you to be more motivated, productive, and proactive. This can lead to positive changes like improving or bettering your relationship with your partner, saying yes to going on a date (or a few), maybe it's a interview for that dream job you want, socializing with friends or attending a party, it could even be buying a new car or house, or even just feeling more comfortable in your own body. Confidence can get you closer to the things you want in life no matter what that might be!  

  My passion and love for hair, hair extensions, and helping my clients inspired me to open a specialized Salon & hair extension Boutique.

Over the years I had used many different methods to install hair extensions.  There were a lot of things I realized with those methods that I was unhappy with or my clients were unhappy with.

"Too bulky, too tight, pulling, sticky, slipping" were some of the things we were dealing with.  

I kept thinking to myself there has to be a better way to install extensions! 

Beaded Rows with hand tied hair was starting to become a big thing and I was very intrigued!  I loved how natural they looked in the hair!  I knew that this was it, this is what is going to solve all the issues I had been having!  And it did!

It took me years of practicing to perfect what is now NMT, Nina Monique Technique.  A hidden beaded row method using hand tied or hybrid hair extension wefts to create the most comfortable, natural, seamless results!

With the huge amount of success this method recieved and many other stylist that were very interested in learning more I decided to teach it!  I created the online NMT Academy where stylist can be fully trained, coached and certified!
